2010 Kia Cerato up &down glass for pasangers doors
When i press the power windows switches to open it the glass not open fully the glass stop before the full open but for the closing position it is closing normally

we dont' have any info on that car. if it's a back window that may be all the further it operates. you can try pullin gthe door panel off an dlubing the linkage.

This vehicle should be under warranty. Get the dealer to check it.
