Paint needs to be removed

I had my side mirrors painted as they both had to be replaced and they came to the shop from the dealer service Dept. unpainted. Well, they did a pretty good paint job but there are a couple of areas where paint got on plastic parts by mistake. Can this paint be removed by the shop with any kind of product?
