it is behind the glove box.

open the glove box

remove the cord on the right side of the glove box

remove the right and left "stops" from the glove box ("stops" are the plastic pieces that prevent glove box from coming all the way out)

With the "stops" removed pull the glove box all the way down.

the cabin filter is behind the glove box

unclip the filter housing door and replace the filter.
