2010 GMC Terrain rattling Noise under car engine

I hear rattling noise under the car engine. It starts when accelerating at 15 to 30 miles and then stops after about 2 minutes when acceleration is increased. The check engine sign shows sometimes but goes off later. The use of a diagnostic machine indicated there was nothing to worry about the engine. your expert opinion on this would be very much appreciated. thank you
