i went to start my car and it would not start so i jumped it and it was fine.
the check brake system keeps popping up before i start my car now.

what is that telling me?

also the drivers door will not open. I have to roll down my window in order to open it up.
is that an electrical issue?

If the door only opens with the outside handle, then chances are the inside one is disconnected or the linkage is broken. You need to remove the door panel to check. AS for the light coming on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. That will lead you to what the problem is.
