How do I get my brakes to stop scraping and moaning?

I have a 2010 Fusion Sport. I put new brake pads and rotors on my car and everything was fine at first. About a month later (I had to leave and go back to the united states so I wasn't driving it for 3 weeks), it developed a horrible scraping noise just after I replaced them. I went to the garage, took the back right caliper off and looked at the pads- nothing unusual but that's where the noise was coming from. Cleaned the rotors and pads, lubed the piston boot and just swapped the pads around and remounted. A week later, scraping is back and now there's an annoying moan coming from the front brakes. What is up with this?

Between 5-20mph you can hear it.... if you accelerate... you can't really hear it.... when you cruise or slow down (no braking).... YOU CAN HEAR-HEAR IT. It sound terrible but nothing too unusual to the rotors. I have yet to take the other wheels off and look at them (only one done was rear right). It's get infuriating how annoying it is.

So you replaced the rotors and pads on the font and rear?Also what wheels are the noise coming from?Have you checked to make sure the steel splash shield behind the rotors arent scraping on the rotors?Also where did you get the pads and rotors from?

All pads and rotors, right side only of the vehicle is making the noise as far as i can tell. Splash shied isn't in contact but when I checked the one rotor, spinning it with the tire off was making that scraping noise till i cleaned it. Both rotors and pads were bought from auto zone online.

The first thing you need to do is get those auto zone brake pads off there right away.I will share a couple of stories about them so you can see why i say take them off right away.The pastor at my church has a 2007 dodge grand caravan four wheel disc brakes.He bought new front rotors and got the best semi metalic brakes they had.I told him he should get some different pads like wagner or some centric brand ones.He said i already have them lets out them on.So i repalced the pads and rotors on the front And a few monthes later he was complaining about a bad vibration and a lot of noise.So went to get the front rotors turned which were brand new a few monthes ago and they were torched meaning so warped and over heated couldnt be turned.So i got some wagner thermo quiet brakes and some new rotors for his van.Now many many monthes later no issues with overheated rotors.While i was at the auto parts store i was talking about what happened and the guy next to me said he had his honda do the same thing.He had the auto zone pads also my friend has a Ford F250 rear disc brakes bought the carbon fiber brakes for the rear and and within two weeks the pads lining fell of the backing plate and ruined the rotors.My best friend has worked for auto zone for over a decade and said people come in and buy brake pads then rotors then calipers because of the issues of warped and overheated pads.So thats why i say stay away from them get some wagners or centric brakes i have real good luck with them.Those pads are most likely the noise issues your having with the noise issues.

Since I live in Germany and can't just hop in a plane and fly to auto zone, would the OEM set by MotorCraft be a fair compromise?

I was saying to stay away from auto zone brakes they only sell there own brand brakes duralast.The factory motorcraft brakes would be great.
