can you please provide me information for the connector pin out for the cluster so i can trace the wires back to see if there is a short somewhere, the cluster controls everything that the car does so the problem is that the windshield wipers work but the washer pump doesnt and i check the switch to confirm that it wasnt the problem. so the problem must be the wiring that comes from the cluster to the TIPM.

Have tried to power up the washer pump?
Disconnect the two pin connector at the washer pump and run two wires from the battery to the washer pump to see if you can get the pump to run.
This will rule out the pump which is usually the cause of no washer pump operation.
Let me know how it goes.

The Left multifunction switch has a 4 pin connector
Pin 1 is a Black/ yellow wire and is the ground wire
Pin 2 is a red/ light green wire and is the fused B+ wire
Pin 3 is a white/ dark green wire and runs to the computer data lines
Pin 4 is a pink/grey wire and is the ignition switch output (run- start only)

Pin 4 goes to Pin 4 on connector 11 on the TIPM and Pin 2 goes to pin 13 on connector 8 on the TIPM
Pin 2 has a fuse in the under hood fuse box # 17 10A fuse that is supplied power at all times.

Washer pump has a two pin connector
:Pin 1 is a brown/yellow wire and is the main rear washer pump motor control
Pin 2 is a brown/tan wire and is the main front washer pump control
Both pins run to the TIPM on the left side of the engine compartment to Connector 1

The totally integrated power module (TIPM) under the hood mention above.
It controls many of the vehicle's features including the washer pump operation.
