The Air conditioning is not working properly ,not cooling effectively, Also the fan blower speed has reduced quite subsequently. What should i check or change so that the Air Conditioning to work effectively and properly

check resistor and blower relay first they may be bad. make sure fans are working at radiator and condenser. then have a local pro performance test it.
