My heater/AC in kicking on and off on its own, this has been going on for about 2 weeks now. When I warm up my car in the morning, sometimes the heat will not come on, usually have to wait a few minutes, it also kicks off/on when driving. Blower motor?

no, do you have the defroster on?? if you do, the ac will come on to control humidity. the ac may be low in freon if kicking on and off.

Sorry, I just meant the heater, I have not tried the ac. And yes when I need the defrost on in the morning I tuen it on. It took 20 minutes for the heat to come on yesterday morning.
