Different shops charge different labor rates, so much an hour. if the problem is only the bulb, shouldnt cost much. Id charge 20 bucks or less. If there is problem with wiring circuit, that is another issue.

I looked at your owners manual, just changing bulbs, you should be able to handle that. The bulbs could be pressurized so you need to handle with care. I usually wear gloves so I wont get finger prints on the bulbs.
