About 2 weeks ago me heater stopped blowing, I found that if I pushed the knob that controlled the blower (#1-4) I got heat but that stopped working as of two days ago, could something have come loose from the control knob? If so how do I fix it? The Chevy dealership hasn't really been much help. And as I'm constantly in my vehicle working it needs to be fixed ASAP. Attached is as far as I got with taking it appart. I don't want to brake anything and I'm at a dead end. Please help.

try pullilng the hvac fuse first for 60 seconds with key on then reinstalling. check fuses an dsee if power is going to control head. it may be the resistor and/or blower relay. I tc ould aslo be a bad blower there is a tsb 10-01-37-001c is the number on this, it covers a bad blowerand resistor which both have to be changed. go to dealer and complain then give this tsb number to them they can easily check your car. if no satisfaction then call Chevrolet see if they will do anything with it and mention the tsb.
