2009 Volkswagen Golf Shudder noise

I have a slight vibration that starts at about 105kmh. Lately when I turn the wheel to the right ( just off centre) at any speed there is a propeller sound coming from the front. It's speed varies depending on the cars speed. The handling is the same from what I can tell ( massive body roll on this car). Any ideas?
