I attempted to change the timing belt in my D4D Prado and the cam and crank shafts became out of sync with each other. Now it seems that the crankshaft will move about 90 degrees either way before locking up. (Turning engine with a breaker bar and socket on crank shaft nut) I had the sense to turn engine over by hand after fitting the TB so I'm praying nothing is bent or broken. Can you tell me how to get the crank and cam back in alignment please?
