My key fob won't lock or beep. It will unlock, though. Do you know how to reprogram?

Key fob won't lock the car anymore. It will unlock remotely, though. No beep or anything.

I haven't checked beyond the internet - looks like there should be a procedure having to do with turning the key on and off quickly many times?
