i know it seems kinda trivial but i am having trouble removing the discs, cant seem to get discs off, whether it was worn on good and proper and i was too weak (lol) or i was doing it wrong. Could anyone give me proper procedure on R&R front brake discs please.

If there are any screws holding the rotor, remoe them first. After removing the brake calipers, you should be able to take them off. If it is stuck too tight, some hammering ot the hub is required. A better way would be to use 2 pieces ofr 10 X 1.25 mm bolt to slowly tighten into the 2 holes on rotor.

all done now thank you very much, was hell of a pain to do but between all the rust and dirt(lol)managed to get the job done, thanks again.

Rust usually slows down work anf make them much harder.
