2009 Kia Sedona A/C fan controls

When we turn on our AC the fan controls won't work... It just goes full blast and the ac fuse is fine

check fuse s in pic first then check to see if power is going to resistor. if it is then it may be a bad resistor. Of course if this is auto temp control where you set the tem p then what I'm sending is wrong and unit must be scanned. for codes.
