2009 Kia Rondo Part Identification

I was changing the spark plugs on my '09 Kia Rondo and snapped this little plastic part off. I can't find a part number, or any diagram that refers to it. Can someone give me the name, or better, the part number for this part?

I can't see as clearly as I'd like, but it looks like the power steering pump. Did you snap something off the circled part in the photo, or is that the broken part?

This is what broke. Some type of solenoid or actuator. I loaded this picture too, it just didn't load. Looks like it has something to do with the VIS, but I can't find any diagrams that show it.

It's a vacuum actuator. Looks like it might be a choke pull off. Take it to a real parts store or the dealer parts dept for replacement.
