my car is making noise when i start my engine .its tickticktick and loud. how can i check my engine and how can i open my engine block?

Is the engine oil level correct?
When was the last oil change performed?
Is engine heavily sludged?
Why do you want to open the engine block? This is not a normal DIY job.
