Chain Clanking sound comes when car is running

Hi,

Recently i got engine oil seal changed located between gear box and engine. This sound comes as if some chain is loosen from front side.
This comes less frequently and goes automatically. No clue what action makes it come and go.

Please elaborate if you can, so i can discuss with mechanic
