The 09 Focus has run a bit rough on low idle for a few months and I figured it was time for plugs...The car has sat for about 2 weeks as she is away. I started the car and pulled it into the garage. I went to change plugs and on #4 cyl I pulled the plug and I see oil on the plug. I peek down the hole and I see a puddle on the cyl head. That was the last plug and so I start it and of course it blows smoke for a minute. I have not seen her car ever blow smoke on start up. I take it down the road and warm it up and the warm idle is improved... not perfect but noticeably improved... #3 also looked a bit cruddy; I power-washed the engine compartment a week ago. That is about all. How did the oil get there and is it something that is "sell the car" serious or how can I fix it.. Advice please. Thanks Georgej207

have checked for a blown head gasket or valve seals.
