This is not really an option, if you over fuel to much you will get detonation and in a diesel this will result in piston failure rather quickly, the delivery system is set for optimum power and performance, i feel ford certainly will not do this, as it would void warranty, and private work shops trying to do this are dicing with disaster, i have re built a few diesels in my day that have failed due to this being tried.
