I have a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Limited. I took it in to have the navigation module system replaced. When I picked it up I noticed that where the compass display was suppose to show the direction on the EVIC in front of me, there were just 2 dashes. I asked them what happened and they said it must have just died and that it had nothing to do with the mechanic replacing the Nav system. I find that hard to believe. I think he hit something, which either overloaded a circuit or broke a wire. Can you offer some advice?

i would go back to the service manager and tell him you want it fixed as that is what you paid for.

there is only 1 connector for the unit. not a difficult job to do. dont blame the tech until you have all the facts. it could be a bad part as well.
