2009 Chrysler Town and Country tiptronic doesn't work

i have an automatic transmission with a tiptronic override for lower gears. When we originally bought the car, it worked fine. But recently when I tried to use it, I received no response from it. I tried unhooking the battery to see if it would reset but that did not work. Any other suggestions? i looked for a possible fuse but could not seem to find one for it.
