My car is making a clicking noise from right side of dashboard when i turn on or off the A/C or heater then will stop with in seconds. Might it be the PCV valve or something else? Please let me know thank you for your help

That sounds like a stripped door actuator motor. It could be the temp blend door or the mode control door and it may not be accessible without removing the dash in some situations. Try to pinpoint the exact location of the noise.
