Code reading bank 1 is running rich. Is or could it be the pressure reg?

neitherhas anything to do with the issue.

start with basics, like the air filter being clogged not allowing enough air into the system.

fuel pressure needs to be checked as it may be too high and cause this as well. a leaking injector would also do this.

have someone check it for you before you go broke throwing parts at it. it may be something simple.
