when i put on the brakes my steering wheel shakes like crazy. i just had struts and shocks replaced last month on my vehicle listed above. what would be the problem? for this shaking when i apply the brakes?

Yes. This is due to the front rotors are warped. You will need to replace the rotors or have them resurfaced but more then likely they need to be replaced. Plus i would go ahead and replace the pads unless they are new.
