I had the front rotors and pads changed on my car 2 weeks ago. This morning, it started making a noise, when driving over 60km/hr (40m/hr) , it sounds like a motorcycle idling in the car but when i step on the brake is goes away until i hit that speed again. It makes a bit of a grinding noise when turning left, but nothing when turning right. As the day progressed, the front passenger wheel started to make a rubbing sort of noise. I can also feel a vibration in the gas pedal but nothing in the brake pedal. There is no problem braking. Does this sound like it's the brake pad or something more serious?

have them recheck the brakes it won't hurt it may be a frozen caliper maybe. also have them check for a bad wheel bearing.
