When changing brake pads and rotors for front of suv, found out caliper was bad on right side. Had to buy new caliper from dealer because they told me they don't rebuild them. Thought I had to exchange caliper so I took it off and brought it with me to dealer. Got new caliper and brought it back. When ready to replace caliper back on noticed brake line was not dripping fluid anymore. Had my helper in driver seat to pump brake pedal for me. When my helper pushed pedal, all I was getting was air and spits of fluid out of bleeder screws. Put hose on bleeder and placed in jar of fluid, still air bubbles but not getting flow of fluid like I had before. Kept doing this for 5 more min. Still the same result. Was told by one brake place I need to put air to system. If so, how is that done. Can I perform this or a garage do this, please help me.

I am fairly sure VW use a special pressure bleeder, I doubt that this can be done at home.

You may need a vacuum bleeder if the system will not bleed up,
