Has my petrol turned to jelly??

My 2008 VW Polo 1.4 has been standing in a garage for almost a year, and the last time anyone took it for a drive was about 8 months ago.. My question is, will the petrol turn to jelly? or do you think it might have already turned to jelly? .. I was using unleaded petrol.

At this point is should still be fine. However, if it sits over a year, it could start to go bad. Use the vehicle and burn out the old fuel and get new in it.

use stabil if it isnt driven much. fuel can tarnish and cause lots of drivability concerns.

When fuel goes off it changes colour and has a very distinctive funny odour, if you draw off a sample you should be able to tell straight away.
