That's not enough information to determine if it's brake, suspension, or exhaust-related. Your best bet is to have a mechanic test-drive the vehicle, then inspect those systems. Some of the more common suspects could be safety-related issues, so the problem should not be ignored.

Thanks! Part of my question seemed to have gotten cut off.
It happens when I take sharp/fast left turn. Odd that it doesn't occur when I take right turns. At any angle or speed. Have an appointment in two days - thanks again!!

That suggests it's suspension-related and a part is moving when under pressure. A likely suspect would be a control arm bushing. Those used to last the life of the vehicle, but with a demand for smoother ride quality, the rubber is softer now and prone to deterioration. Keep me informed of what is found at the inspection.
