As I drive, there is a light thud noise. I think it's coming from the passanger side.

I was hit lightly from the driver side and I think as the car was pushed slightly sideways.

Yes. The only thing wrong was the fannage on the driver side door. All cosmetic. However I was thinking of bringing it to another place to have everything looked at.
