why is does the car stop with a big***** while running at slow speeds provided in appropriate gears.

my car goes off ignition at slow speeds, more often happens in the second gear if the car goes below 20 kms speed it suddenly stops with a big*****. IS it because of the slow speed adjusment fault or the complaint with the fuel injection??
