The timing chain is a non schedule replacement part and at 63k, it is way too early for it to require attention.

yes it is too early but it overheated and i need to work on the head.

yeah it is. anyways im working on a brake she now and removing the c washer is very difficult at times. is there a tool for that? if there is where may i get it? thanks

The special tool I use is a screwdriver and a hammer.
Hold the screwdriver against both tips of the clip and use a hammer to punch the screwdriver. The clip would open itself up.
