2008 Pontiac Torrent passenger brakelight does not work

Hi there ,so the brake light on the passenger light is not working, but when I activate the nightlight, it is working, checked the fuse, and its fine,the bulb is good too.I'm no too sure how to check the relay. And recently for some reason there is no noise Inside the car to tell me that a door is open or that I forgot my lights on....

Are you talking about the high-mount brake lite or lower rear passenger side brake lite?

The diagram is for lower rear passenger side brake light. The red wire that runs into the lt blue wire is voltage for that lamp. The black wire is ground. You need both or it won't work.
