Engine starts to vibrate while the ignition is on and when accelerating and coming to a complete stop. however while accellerating again i feel theres like a mis-firing and the engine starts to vibrate again but while driving it does not protray the mulfuctiong.it only comes when switching on the ignition and gear on drive

Have the spark plugs and related components checked. Seems you have slight misfire
