My car makes a terrible metal on metal screeching sound that comes and goes at random times.It is coming from the front center of my drive shaft, where the drive shaft meets the transmission. This will happen when I am in gear, and in neutral, And will only cease when my car is completely stopped. Any idea on what this could be? (I am guessing a bearing is going bad, but which bearing?)
