2008 Mercury Mountaineer wrench Symbol on dashbroad

A month ago i notice this Symbol light up on the dash broad . The car drive fine i through maybe i need to reset it to make the Symbol go away. I dove the car for 28 hours going in come and it drives fine. The wrench still on the dashbroard should i worry.
