Just added anti freeze to car and it's still blowing cold air

how long did you let the car run after you added the antifreeze? it has to run long enough for the thermostat to open .usually 10 to 14 minutes or until you hear the coolant fan cycle on and off at least once.you also may have air in the system. do you get heat if you take the rpm's up to about 1500 and hold it there for a few minutes? if not try leaving the filler cap off of where you poured the antifreeze in and rev the motor up and down for about ten minutes,(up to about 2000 rpm and let come down to about 1000 rpm and then back up to 2000 rpm's.do this for about ten minutes or so and see if you get heat.

WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, AND ARE AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE---FEEL THEM HEATER HOSES JUST BEFORE THEY ENTER THE FIREWALL
..........ARE THEY COLD?.......SO HOT YOU CAN BARELY HANG ON TO 'EM?
