E200 electrical issue

hello , i have E200 2008 kompressor ,and didn't work if i leave the engine for a while turned off- and there is no any warnings on the dash board ,also the panoramic sun roof didn't open ,
and when i press on gas the interior and exterior lights blinks .

PLEASE i need a solution

I recharged it , but when left the engine off , it doesn't work

Check the AC/relay and the magnetic clutch if its engaging the compressor
