Navigator climate control not working, blower does not turn off

This sounds like you have a blower fan relay stuck on or the speed control module had gone bad. Here is a guide to help you check the relay and the location of the relay and speed control module as well. Also, I have included the blower fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

I had this problem with my truck it was the blower motor speed controller. I got a new one for $78.00 all fixed!

The climate control panel is completely dead; checked all fuses and they are good. Also, concurrent with this problem, the battery has a drain on it while everything is off (including ignition). Its possible that the panel got damp due to an irrigation sprinkler slightly coming in an open window. Is there a hidden breaker somewhere or does this whole panel simply fail?

Anything is possible if it got wet. That dash is full of electronic modules and relays and water getting into any of them can lead to expensive failures. If all the fuses are good, then it may be too late. I would try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes and see if that helps.

My Electronic climate control in 2004 Lincoln Navigator stopped working , any ideas. The climate dose not work at all. No fan lights etc I checked fuse which is good. System does not turn on at all

my SUV's climate control computer screen doesn't turn on and have no air coming in or out of vents or no heat or A/C can't turn on. but every thing in SUV works .fuses seem to be good . relays i don't know how to check them.

Did you test your fuses with a test light or just a visual test? I uploaded the wire diagram for the climate control for you. test the fuses listed on it with a light. The system is controlled by a module so we'll need to verify that it's getting power. it does seem like a fuse issue if your getting nothing at all from the system, but it could be the module itself. What happened when it failed? anything out of the ordinary? Review the diagrams and test it with a light and let me know what you find.

Thanks. Hi, check all fuses and they were all good! I found a burn hose goes to vent plug I believe. I took pictures of it and need the name of it so can buy new hose.thanks

Yes, it's hard to tell from the pic where it runs to and from but correct it's a vacuum line. Yes, you can use a multi meter on the 12 volt setting. A loss of vacuum can cause the A/C system to not work properly if at all. A vacuum leak would trigger a check engine light usually. Do you have a engine light on?

If you look on the hood there should be a sticker that will be a diagram of the vacuum lines. See if you can find it and look to see that they are all good. Look to see the one that burnt and which components it coming from and going too. Having a line burn is interesting, does anything else look burnt and can you tell what by this line caused it to burn. What was it touching that melted it, Can you tell?

Yes engine light is on bud! Burnt end is fixed now but don't see how it happen nothing is melted wire anywhere . i bought SUV as is so not sure what happen to it.

The wiring could have fallen down by the exhaust mamafold at one time. So does the system work correctly now?

I have attached the steps to take to check out your Navi screen operation. See if this helps and let me know if it has what you need. There are several different diagnostic tables depending on the issues but we wont know until the screen turns on if that's the only thing.
