will vechile do ANYTHING if the main fuse is missing?

It might appear the main fuse is missing but under hood and under dash fuse boxes can be confusing. Especially when you try and orient them to the diagram on the inside of the cover. You might think you have it corrrect but sometimes they are set so the image is as if you are looking through the top of the box and though the lid. It can be very confusing and there are spots for main fuse size fuses to be placed with wiring and blade terminals and everything. Removing the main fuse would cut the battery power off from the vehicle.
