My car has been giving vibrating noise for the past 3 days from all over. What could be the reason?

Ok. My car has been making vibrating noise for the past 3 days.
When I touch the steeriing wheel when the car is in motion, there is vibration in my hands.
My passenger also reports that some extra sound - which is not normal - is being heard, and that there is vibration in the car body.
Is that OK?

That is a start but still not sufficient for us to understand the situation completely.
Vibrations on steering wheels and body while vehicle is on motion would be related to wheels and tires.
Check the rims for impact damages, tire pressure and have the wheels balanced.
Check for loose steering linkages and worn suspension bushes.
Check tire wear patterns.
