Engine wont start

The engine will not start but when you put the ignition on, all the lights are showing on the dash board

Do you mean it is not cranking or it cranks but won't start?

yes it cranks but wont start.

It sounds like the fuel pump went out but to be sure here is a guide to help us.

Thanks for this post I had this problem and had to get a new fuel pump cost me $145.00 all fixed I love this site.

My Isuzu common rail 4Hl 1-1 tipper caught to flood & water absorb to engine through air intake line (air cleaner) then i put new pistons, rods everything its needed. but now when i start the engine its try to start with normal starting sound. i try to start until battery getting low, but nothing happen. what can i do ? please help me to resolve this problem.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? Sounds like the fuel pump is out.
