My headlights on my car. Aren't working properly I had the headlights bulbs replaced ,still don't resolve the problem. So I tried replaced the ballast still doesn't resolve the problem. I am wondering it a fuse that needs to be replaced.when I put the low beams on it shows up that I have one headlight out so I replaced it.on high beam I t comes up as being of balance.can Someone PLEAS HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
