Seat belt alarm (Chime) does not come on when ignition switch is in position 2 or car is running without seat belts being buckled. Seat belt icon stays lit on dash and does not go out when seat belts are buckled. Checked fuse #11 (SRS) and fuse #12 (ODS) in interior D/S fusebox, both are good. Any suggestions as to cause of this problem?
