I replaced the motor and Windshield Wipper transmission. The wipers work now, but the issue is: when you first turn them on, the wiper motor rotates down about 1/4" turn forcing the wipers way below the windshield (which is not correct), and then rotates forward (like normal), but the stopping point is about angled about 45 degree angle (in the way of driving view). I can adjust the wipers to its normal stop positions (before turning them on), then they rotate down first (way below the windshield), then rotates up (like normal), but it stops short (and doesn't go all the way across the window-like normal).
