If a tire went flat, then sometimes these sensors will get damaged. Also, check the tire pressure in the spare, as this will sometimes set off the light. You can remove the spare (take it several feet away from the car) and cycle the key on/off a couple times. If the light stays off, it's the spare. If it comes back on, it's another tire.

The system is meant to reset itself if there's no problem.
