not idling when cold

when cold if you start said in morning go back into house 2 mins later van stops and there is a slight miss when driving only sometimes and sometimes when you put your foot down there is a lack of power

It could be a few things. First, has the check engine light come on? Next, check to see if there are any vacuum leaks and make sure the IAC is working properly. Finally, if all checks good, you will need to check the temp sensor. It tells the computer ambient and coolant temp. From that, the computer determines a fuel ratio mixture appropriate for the conditions.
