car fumes

fumes from car vent or engine. very strong odour and taste in mouth. making me dizzy and nausea. garage said their is no radiator leak... what now. bad smell of my clothes as well!!!!

Have them check the exhaust system to make sure you are not getting exhaust into the vehicle. That could kill you. I recommend not driving it until the problem is found. However, if you must, make sure to allow fresh air into the vehicle. Exhaust fumes can kill you.
