2008 Ford S-Max Light problem

My 2008 ford s-max has a lighting issue. The headlights are on but full beam doesn't work and none of the fog or dash lights work either. It's like its in a safe get you home mode

we don't have that model in US but check under hood for fuse and a relay then have it scanned for codes because there is probably a module for the fog lights and may causing your problem.
